DOMESTIC RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you need to return your product for whatever reason, please contact orders@fiveclub.com. To help expedite the process, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your current shipping address

  • Whether you'd like a replacement, exchange, store credit or a refund.

In order to receive a full refund, your item must be returned in new condition with the original tags still attached. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to be credited back to your account.
